Short biography

Ya-Ting Wang is a postgraduate trainee in Jin’s lab. She received the bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine from Chongqing Medical University in 2019. And now she is studying for a master’s degree in ophthalmology at the School of Ophthalmology & Optometry, Wenzhou Medical University.

Research interest

She is interested in chemical-induced somatic cell reprogramming and trans-differentiation. Also, she is curious about RPE and corneal endothelial cells induced through small molecular cocktails. She thinks small molecule-based somatic cell reprogramming and trans-differentiation will provide infinite safe cell resources for regenerative medicine, avoiding ethical issue and tumorigenesis risk.

Hobby

Sprint and traveling.
