Short biography

Lanfang Sun received B.S. Life Sciences& B.S. Education degrees from College of life science and technology of Inner Mongolia Normal University in 2008. Since then she had studied in Japan for five and a half years and got her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Biology and Geosciences of Osaka City University. After half a year’s postdoctoral experience in the same place, she worked as a research assistant in the Division of Ophthalmic Genetics, Lab for Stem Cell & Retinal Regeneration, the Wenzhou Medical University. Fellowship:

2009.10—2015.03 Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho) Scholarship Students.

Research interests

Her research interest is about noncoding RNAs in neural retina.  A central theme is the study of biological characteristics of circRNAs in physiological and pathological retina.
